      Whether you realized it or not, I’m acutely aware that it’s been seven weeks since I last posted. Even┬ámy Instagram and Twitter accounts have been unusually quiet. (Was that the most shameless plug you’ve ever seen?!) Before I veer farther off course, let me say that all is well in my world. Actually, everything is wonderful!     one year out

    Tomorrow will mark one year since I went to the Chronic Pain and Recovery Center at Silver Hill Hospital. It’s unusually unsettling to compare where I was then to where I am now, feeling so far from that moment in my life but also not quite ready to celebrate yet.
